Hello! My name is Shannon. I am a "second career" teacher. I have an MBA from CU in Boulder and a 12-year career with Shell Oil. I pursued the dream of teaching in 2005, and I have been a classroom teacher in primary grade in Mission Viejo ever since.

My name is Karen Weingartner. I am originally from the Seattle area, where I taught kindergarten for 9 years. I have been at Mission Viejo for 7 years and taught kindergarten before moving up to 1st grade.

Trisha A Pshak
Hello! My name is Trisha A Pshak. I have many years of experience as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher, a few more as a reading interventionist, and several as a stay-at-home mom, too. There’s no doubt that children will always have my heart. I’m constantly inspired by their honesty and intelligence, knowing they have so much to teach us.
Spending time with my three children is my favorite thing of all, but cuddling with my dog Sugar, also brightens my day. I love walks and lunch dates with friends, and dreaming of my next trip to the beach.
