The Elementary Parent Survey helps your School Accountability Committee improve your child’s education and offers parents the opportunity to provide input into how they think the school is performing for your child. All responses are anonymous. No names are collected on the survey, so nothing links you to your opinion. This survey is intended to improve educator’s knowledge of parental opinions and is collected every three years for your school.

The survey will be open from 5/8/13 through 6/4/13.
If you do not have access to the internet, please pick up a paper copy of the survey and return it to the main office.
We ask that you please help your School Accountability Committee improve your child’s education by completing the survey. We would like all parents to participate. After the Accountability Committee reviews the survey results with school leadership, a summary will be printed in the school newsletter and available at the front office. Information from parent surveys assists the district and school in assessing the effectiveness of the school.
