Mission Viejo Parents/Guardians,
The first day of school is a right around the corner, so we would like to make sure you are clear on the check-in process and make you aware of some activities we would like you & your child to attend that are designed to ensure the start of school is smooth.
The "Check-In" process has two parts: the online parent forms AND one paper form.
1) The online forms can be completed/updated, by going to http://my.cherrycreekschools.org. Even if you are a returning parent and no information has changed, you still must access & review the online forms. There is detailed information and instructions about the online forms on this website (http://missionviejo.cherrycreekschools.org/Pages/How-To-Forms.aspx). If you continue to have problems with the online forms, we will have staff and computers available to help you on Tuesday August 11th from 9am-8pm.
2) The second link below is the paper form that we need from every parent/guardian to complete for the "Check-In" process. Please print, read and sign this form and bring it with you when you check in your student on Tuesday August 11th. You may come to the front office anytime from 9am-7pm to "check-in" and find out your child's teacher.
Once we verify your online forms are complete & we receive your paper form in the main office, we will let you know your child's teacher for the upcoming school year.
On Tuesday, August 11th, will be our annual "Back-to-School/Curriculum Night" (from 3:30pm-8:00pm). The first link below is the flyer providing a schedule and information about this night. Due to mandatory meetings, trainings & planning activities, teachers will only be available during this time. Please make every effort to attend this event!
